Poor customer service
"I ordered Mother's Day gifts off their website. Five days later with no response I sent an email inquiry. No response. One week after order date I spoke with Craig who took my name and number saying he would look into it. Again no response. I then called again one week after that. I spoke with the receptionist who was going to have Kelly call me. Three hours later I called and spoke with Mike who had me email my confirmation to him. He emailed back saying sorry for the mix up. No gifts after waiting three weeks and no apology for not calling me to tell me that there was a problem. Don't order anything here. There are many honest business out there who want your business"
