Bad experience
"Lady Brett was suggested to me along with 2 other florists after loosing my child. The first meeting went very well, I even felt as if she was giving us a special deal ( saying she was throwing in a little extra this and that) and I thought she knew best when she wanted to use the very flowers I asked her not to use, but after paying her a hefty down payment and paying an extra $600 because we wanted it REALLY special, she changed , she was rude, unkind, inconsiderate only wondering if she would get paid ( calling me daily asking if I still had the money to pay, suggesting the insurance $$$ might not come in time for the flowers to be delivered (she actually said this and voiced her concern for our ability to pay!!!!Was my childs insurance payment really her business ??) we had the money to pay .. and had given her a large down payment so why the change of heart, I don't know,and when we arrived at the funeral home to see the flowers we were very disappointed, I felt it didn't look special for my child, nor did I see where the extra $600 of flowers were, the arrangements were small and cheap,I felt it looked stingy. It made an already awful situation so much worse, especially her attitude, nasty looks ( yes, after loosing your child).... a very strange experience to say the least, stay away!!! ;("

Over and Above
"First a little about myself, I am a US Army Soldier deployed in Afghanistan from Cape Cod. I have been deployed about six months and during this time have had to depend on others to take care of things on the Cape that I can?t do. I just had my 20th Anniversary and called Lady Brett from Afghanistan to be sure I got a beautiful arrangement of flowers to my wife for this special day that I couldn't be there for. My wife was blown away by the arrangement!! It was the most beautiful arrangement she has ever received. Lady Brett went out of her way to purchase a 20 year anniversary card and transfer a message from me onto the card. This is above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Lady Brett for making this a special day for my wife even though I couldn't be there. "
