Walk along Cape Cod Bay right from your 3 bedroom cottage. Our family owned and managed cottage colony of ten cottages/houses are perfect for family vacations and reunions. Our properties are located on a quiet, dirt road that ends at the beach.
What We Do:
We offer fully furnished three-bedroom homes located just steps from the warm, calm waters of Cape Cod Bay. Each housekeeping cottage boasts a different personality, all have full baths and fully equipped kitchens. We are noted for our cleanliness.

Relaxing on the Cape. Spectacular sunsets. Peaceful secluded private setting.. Separate building with washers & dryers on property. Some cottages are pet friendly. Enjoy your own little piece of paradise. Open year-round. Off-season specials.
Driving Directions: Rt 6, No Eastham @ Ben Jerry lights ΓΆΒ?Β? Turn left Old County Rd, Go to end - take right onto Massasoit Rd - Go left onto Campground Rd - continue to Higgins Rd on right - Turnip Field Rd on left. We are on left down by the beach, Look for ST.AUBIN'S
Location: We are located on Turnip Field Road also known as Turnip Road which ends at the Cape Cod Bay. The Town own public beaches are: to the right is Cooks Brook Beach and to the left is Campground Beach.

The best quiet secluded spot in Cape Cod - & near everything!
